personalized level of service not offered by any other
Internet job board service. “The Ideal Recruit”
program allows employers and staffing firms the ability to
incorporate specific candidate profiles into
NortheastCareers.com’s marketing programs, which will
advertise their individual job postings and candidate
searches across the Internet on websites such as Yahoo!,
MSN, CNN, AltaVista, Infoseek and more.

has also taken a bold stand by setting the price point for
an annual subscription to only $150, which includes
unlimited job postings and unrestricted access to the
resume database for employers and staffing firms for a
full 12 months – all candidate related services are
free.
“We
recently conducted a survey of employers and staffing
firms in regards to Internet job boards. We found that
most feel the price of posting jobs and accessing resumes
through Internet job boards has been growing at a rapid
pace and is getting more expensive than traditional
means” explained Jeff Taplin. “We also found that
personal services are often overlooked. Our business plan
is simple - provide a value added service that connects
employers and candidates at a reasonable cost.”
