REPORTS TO: Account Executive Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service, training, product marketing, outside sales, other duties as assigned

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train customers to use internet based real estate computer applications using a variety of training styles including classroom presentations, workshop style formats, computer based, hands-on and one-on-one.
Schedule and conduct visits to customer real estate offices in an assigned geographic area (which may change) to assist customers and promote public relations.
Attend and make presentations at meetings, functions and trade shows.
Participate in designing, developing and implementing training programs.
Work individually or on teams to document, develop, and enhance products and services.
Promote and sell products and services at trade shows, seminars and meetings.
Maintain a consistently professional image and promote TReND as a professional quality service organization.
Display an enthusiastic and positive attitude toward helping customers identify and solve problems.
Administrative
Prepare office visit reports (within 24 hours of any office visit), end of month reports, expense reports and other administrative tasks as required. Office visit reports are used by various TReND staff for observation and planning.
Expense reports are to be submitted according to documented departmental polices.
Other
Cross train in other positions to provide coverage for illness, vacations or job vacancies.
Perform other duties as required.
Work effectively without constant supervision and as a team player.
Provide back-up support in Help Desk as needed.
Keep abreast of Real Estate Industry and Technology issues by reading industry publications and monitoring industry web sites.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent writing skills to assist in developing training aids, documenting processes, etc.
Intermediate to advanced ability with MS Office products (Word and PowerPoint a must) and Windows based operating systems
Knowledge of personal computers, software and printers
Strong desire to work with customers to promote TREND
Warm, friendly, helpful, caring phone demeanor
Excellent organization skills
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, internet-based, real estate specific computer applications
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, about the Real Estate Industry
Some lifting required
