Job Description
Reynolds and Reynolds is the industry leader of automobile dealership IT solutions. Our powerful systems run software designed by our programming department exclusively for the business side of automobile dealerships. We are currently seeking applicants for an exciting Fixed Operations Sales Specialist position!
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree, four years of college, or equivalent
•3+ years experience includes working in other positions, either at Reynolds & Reynolds or with other organizations that prepare the associate to perform the work for this position
•Parts/Service experience is required
•Sales experience is a plus
•High energy, self motivated, quick study, disciplined, aggressive ("A" Player)
•Excellent Communication Skills - oral, written, presentation
•Ability to work with all levels of the organization - CEO, Dealer Principle down to Advisor, Parts Counterperson
•Proven Performer
Fixed Operations Sales Specialists (FOSS) drive and achieve Fixed Operations sales goals of a specific set of solutions through the sales cycle. They achieve this by partnering with Account Managers to lead and advance the sales cycle. Additionally Fixed Operations Sales Specialists are expected to participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programs as well as participation in solutions team business reviews.
In this position Sales Specialists act as a Fixed Operations subject matter experts for their assigned solution set. They lead program execution tasks, gather competitive intelligence and help train sales associates as well as participate in customer prospect events and trade shows. Basic administrative duties as will be required as needed, including updates and maintenance of appropriate reporting/database systems (funnel management systems, Proposal Building tools, customer information database, and territory planning).
Training:
Nine classes through Reynolds University (approximately one week each) over the course of 12 months, as well as on the job training with the Regional Sales Director
