Convergence Marketing is continuing to seek merchandisers with planogram experience to participate in one of our Spring Cosmetic campaigns throughout the Philadelphia, PA area.
If you have not spoken with one of our representatives yet regarding store locations and assignments, please call our recruiting department today at 866-375-3537.
We are also interested in speaking with individuals who would like to travel into MD, DC, VA, WV, AL, or NY.
Project will run for approximately 8 -10 weeks, varies by state.
There are still team lead and team member positions available!!!
You will work with a team of individuals to complete entire cosmetic sections at local retail facilities and you will rotate from store to store location approximately every 3-5 days in a designated territory.
Convergence Marketing offers health and medical benefits, weekly payroll, and a new rewards and employee referral program. For every merchandiser you refer to us, you will receive $50 when they reach 100 hours worked!!!!
In order to build strong teams and have our teams be successful, team members will be expected to have reliable transportation, a can do attitude, and be willing to stay each day till the job is completed.
Pay rate is based on merchandiser's experience.

Job Requirements:
• Must have retail and/or merchandising experience (minimum 3 months)
• Must have an active email address
• Must have the ability to report all assignments online at www.convergencemktg.com within 24 hours of work completion
• Have dependable transportation
Job Description:
• Unload cosmetic fixtures and product during the project
• Store/remove unusable materials as needed
• Remove old/deleted product and dispose of according to project brief
• Move and/or assemble new cosmetic fixtures according to Plano gram
Implement plan-o-grams in all phases to proper coding, allocation of facings, signing and processing of new/discontinued items
• Complete and ensure accurate shelf/product tagging
