• Design and develop technical changes to the application using Oracle development tools, SQL and PL/SQL (including, conducting data analysis, programming, testing, debugging and performance tuning for enhancements and bug fixes).
• Work with specific clients and the general user community on requirements gathering, issue analysis, design reviews and QA; follow-through directly with clients.
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external clients. Conduct occasional site-visits to clients.
• Participate in discussions on development topics and present technical lessons to the team.
• Generate ideas for improving Team Approach®.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Participate in application pre-release testing.
• Assist User Support Analysts with the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused, deadline-oriented environment.
• 2+ years experience with Oracle development tools, SQL and PL/SQL in a production environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Proven time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with Oracle 9iAS and web-deployed environments.
• Familiarity with fundraising concepts is helpful.
