Description	:	Our company is a 27-year old, sales-oriented manufacturer of in-demand home improvement products with a multi-million dollar branch office in Allentown, PA. Our company needs a creative and results-oriented leader to effectively recruit, train and retain a 10-person installation team from this office. We need an inspirational manager who will help lead these craftsmen no matter what obstacles are in the way or what challenges arise. Are you up for the challenge? We will look for a candidate with: · More than 10 years carpentry experience (decks, windows, sun rooms, baths and framing) · More than 5 years management experience · Professional appearance · Ability to manage cost and ensure profitability · Excellent customer-service skills · Impeccable organizational skills · Understanding of OSHA requirements Think you have what it takes?
